Shipping and Delivery

Ritzi works with Courier Center for product shipments. The products purchased from Ritzi arrive at the address specified by the customer during the registration process, within three working days. Shipping costs throughout Greece are €7 for purchases up to €249.99 (+ €2 if the payment method is cash on delivery) and free for purchases over €250. In the event that the customer wishes the delivery to be made in a shorter period of time, he must inform Ritzi by mail and pays the additional fee upon receipt of his order. Orders are dispatched from the Ritzi store at 16:00. Purchases made after 16:00 are shipped the next day. For any delay or problem with the order, there will be immediate information on the contact phone number that the customer will have specified during registration or on his e-mail. In case of failure to deliver the order and its cancellation due to an incorrect address, Ritzi bears no responsibility and does not cover costs of additional shipping of the same order. Shipments to the rest of the countries will be made through ELTA Couriers (Hellenic Post) with the shipping costs being covered exclusively by the customer during the order. The delivery time is up to 7 working days.
