Security

Online transactions with Ritzi are fully governed by PCI (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard), the global standard for the protection of consumer information. During registration, the customer will be asked to enter his personal information such as his name, the address where he wishes to have the products delivered, his e-mail, his landline or mobile phone. In the event that he chooses to make his purchases using a credit card, he will be "connected" through the Ritzi website, with the bank's completely secure transaction area. The card details are available to the bank only, and not in Ritzi's database, as these details are never recorded by us. For the rest of the information required during registration, Ritzi assures that they are not visible to third parties, and are not amenable to any other use on our part. Also, no newsletters are sent without the customer's consent and selection of the specific service.

Secure Transactions

All payments made using a card are processed through Alpha Bank's "Alpha e-Commerce" electronic payment platform and uses TLS 1.2 encryption with a 128-bit encryption protocol (Secure Sockets Layer - SSL). Encryption is a way of encoding information until it reaches its intended recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.
